Warm and Well in Warwickshire Survey

Closed 29 Mar 2019

Opened 12 Mar 2019

This survey is written by commissioners of Warwickshire’s Warm and Well fuel poverty service. This service is currently delivered by Act on Energy.

Services provided include:

  • A countywide helpline to support people with energy tariff switching, managing energy efficiency and referrals to a number of local/national energy efficiency benefit/insulation schemes.
  • Outreach work to provide advice to householders in vulnerable communities, e.g. through mobile library services, alongside a range of events to engage with householders.
  • Support with access to cold weather benefits and referral as appropriate to other services which provide advice about income maximisation (welfare/benefits/tax credit/debt advice).
  • Direct access to subsidised heating repair/replacements and insulation measures for those most vulnerable.
  • Support to access Emergency Heater scheme via the Integrated Community Equipment and Support Service.
  • Training of front-line health and social care professionals, as well as other professionals to give fuel poverty advice and refer as appropriate.
  • Access to a benefits check scheme.

We will be commissioning a new service this year and would like to hear your thoughts, as stakeholders, about the service to help us understand what is working well and what may need improvement.

Please take a few moments to complete the survey using the link below. Your responses will be really valued.

Following the end of the survey we shall publish the results and this may include quotes of comments which will be anonymous. If you reply to an anonymous survey then no personal details will be captured, and please do not provide any identifiable data in your comments.
