Warwickshire residents are being encouraged to take part in an online exercise which will help shape the way content is delivered on its new website, which is currently in development.

Warwickshire County Council is committed to a ‘digital first’ programme of work as a key part of its commitment to best use its resources to transform the way it delivers services to the Warwickshire public whilst continuing to make considerable budgetary savings.

‘Digital first’ means Warwickshire County Council will make use of technology to ensure information and advice is available and that it prioritises a digital approach where appropriate. For this to be effective information must be as user-friendly, accessible and engaging as is possible. This means looking at existing digital offerings and working out what works best for Warwickshire residents.

Warwickshire County Council is currently developing a brand new website for the authority and as part of the above commitment, want to make sure all the content is structured in a way that is easy to use and accessible to residents.

To assist with this we are asking residents to take part in an online 'treejack' exercise to complete a series of tasks that can be found on our website. The answers for the tasks can be found by clicking through the proposed site navigation. This exercise will help us create a site where it's as easy as possible to find the information you need.

This should only take 10 minutes and there are 10 tasks you will need to complete. You can skip any of the tasks but you will need to finish or skip the last task to finish.
