Budget consultation 2026/27
Overview
Have your say on the budget priorities for Warwickshire County Council.
Council services are a vital part of everyday life for all of us. Right now, the county council is facing serious financial challenges, driven by rising costs and increasing demand. More residents than ever are relying on services such as education, children's and adult social care, and support for those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). These pressures mean we must make some difficult decisions to ensure we can continue providing the services our communities depend on.
Purpose of this consultation
This consultation seeks your views on the importance of local services and how Warwickshire County Council can best maintain a balanced budget for the financial year 2026/27. We are also asking for your suggestions on where savings and/or efficiencies could be made given that funding is limited and pressures from demand are high.
