Closed 28 Mar 2025

Opened 10 Feb 2025

Results updated 1 May 2025

Commissioners are undertaking analysis on the 110 responses received to the Ask Warwickshire survey regarding the Dementia Information and Advice service offer. Feedback was obtained from a wide variety of individuals including professionals working in the field of dementia and people from Global Ethnic Majority (GEM) communities. Responses outlined areas that are working well within the current service offer and areas of improvement for the future service. Following analysis, a report outlining the engagement activity and its key findings will be used to shape the future service design. A further update on feedback will be made available on this webpage.

Overview

Help us improve the dementia information and advice offer in Warwickshire

Warwickshire County Council currently buys an information and advice service from an external provider who offers this service to anyone affected by dementia, including carers, who are living in Warwickshire and are registered with a Warwickshire GP.

The Council is conducting a survey to understand what people need from local dementia information and advice services, both now and in the future. The feedback from this survey will help the Council improve these services to better meet people's needs.

Your responses will be kept confidential by the Council. The summary of the survey results will be used to design better dementia information and advice services in Warwickshire.
