Warwickshire Recycling Centre Survey 2026

Overview

This survey is for anyone who wants to give Warwickshire County Council feedback on the operation of our nine recycling centres (https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/hwrc). The centres provide householders with a place to donate and buy reusable items, recycle a wide range of materials and dispose of waste.

There are questions about the experience of being a customer at our recycling centres. There are also questions about the booking system (introduced in May 2020 and suspended on 24 November 2025).

We invite feedback from both users and non-users of the recycling centres.

Feedback will help to inform future decisions about how recycling centres operate and how they can best meet residents’ needs.
