Transport Policy Statement 2016/2017

Overview

Local authorities have a duty to prepare and publish an annual transport policy statement for learners of sixth form age. The statement must specify the arrangements for the provision of transport or otherwise that the authority considers necessary to facilitate the attendance of all persons of this age receiving education or training.
