Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts and experiences with us.
We are currently finalising analysis of the survey and using this to inform the future plans for community services. Please see the document below for more information on what people have told us.
We are also introducing a small stakeholder group with experts by experiences to discuss the proposals for these services in further detail and to continue to share thoughts and advice as we progress with this work.
Individuals accessing this community support currently or families/ carers are invited to discuss this with us further if you would be interested in being involved. To do this please contact disabilitiescommissioning@warwickshire.gov.uk

Commissioners are currently reviewing community services in Warwickshire for working age adults (16-64) with Disabilities and/or Mental Health needs.
There are several services that are involved in this which we have grouped into the following areas:
Whilst looking at how these will be delivered in the future it is important that we gather your views to help us design these services to best meet needs.
We would like to ask some questions around each of these areas to understand your experiences. These questions will also ask what you feel these services should offer in the future.
Please note: this survey does not include questions for provider organisations - this is taking place separately. If you would like to ensure you are part of this please contact us via email: disabilitiescommissioning@warwickshire.gov.uk
Thank you
