Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts and experiences with us.

We are currently finalising analysis of the survey and using this to inform the future plans for community services. Please see the document below for more information on what people have told us.

We are also introducing a small stakeholder group with experts by experiences to discuss the proposals for these services in further detail and to continue to share thoughts and advice as we progress with this work.

Individuals accessing this community support currently or families/ carers are invited to discuss this with us further if you would be interested in being involved. To do this please contact disabilitiescommissioning@warwickshire.gov.uk

Warwickshire County Council is currently looking at how community services in Warwickshire for working age adults (16-64) with Disabilities and/or Mental Health needs will be delivered in the future.

These are the services that The Council is looking at:

    • Day opportunities
    • Complex needs services
    • Learning disability wellbeing hubs
    • Short breaks & Respite
    • Supported living
    • Specialist supported living
    • Live in care

We spoke to people from October to December 2020 and we were told what is important.  We would like to find out more about this to help us know what we need to consider for future services.

These questions will ask you about your experiences and what you would like in the future.

For any questions on this, including to request a paper copy or different format,  please contact disabilitiescommissioning@warwickshire.gov.uk
