Impacts of COVID-19 survey 2021
Overview
This survey is being conducted by Warwickshire County Council and Coventry University, with the aims of understanding how people living or working in Warwickshire have been affected by COVID-19 in 2021. It will help us in planning future services and support and prioritising areas for action. For example, we ran a similar survey in 2020 which highlighted how important outdoor spaces are to residents and we are now investing in improving green spaces. Similarly the results highlighted impacts on wellbeing and loneliness, and the council responded by investing over £1million in initiatives to address these areas.
You can take part in this survey if you are 18 years old or above, and are currently living or working in Warwickshire. Completing the survey is entirely voluntary. You can opt out at any stage by exiting the browser.
The survey includes questions about your:
- circumstances and demographics
- health and experiences of healthcare during COVID-19
- experiences with COVID-19 infection and testing
- experiences with COVID-19 measures and vaccination
- health and wellbeing
- neighbourhood and community.
Why your views matter
If you are happy to take part, your answers will help us understand how COVID-19 has impacted people and how communities can now be supported. The survey should take around 15 minutes to complete.
There are some equalities monitoring questions which will help us in the analysis of survey responses. These questions are optional and will not be used to identify you.
Your answers will be treated confidentially and the information you provide will be kept anonymous in any research outputs/publications.
