Overview

What is this about?

Warwickshire County Council wants to continue to improve our support for children and young people attending independent specialist schools and colleges. We are keen to understand your experience and views to ensure the best outcomes for children; the quality of education and support; and value for money.

We want your help to get this right by telling us about what works well and what could be done differently in the future. This will ensure we have independent specialist schools and colleges that meet the changing needs of children and young people with SEND and their families.

Who is it for?

Parents and carers of children and young people, aged 4 - 25 years whose children currently go to or have previously attended an independent specialist school or college funded by Warwickshire County Council.

If you have more than one child at an independent specialist school or college, please complete a separate survey for each child.

Please complete this survey by 31st July 2019.

This survey may take up to 10 minutes to fill out.

A separate survey is available here for children and young people to complete.

See, Hear, Act

We aim to continually improve the quality of care throughout Warwickshire. Our ‘See, hear, act strategy’ outlines how we will:

  • See: look for ways that care can be improved
  • Hear: listen to what people are saying about their care
  • Act: tell us, if you act, we can too

Please help us recognise good practice, or address concerns by sharing your your experience and wider observations using our SEE, HEAR, ACT form (using the link below). The information you provide will be used without identifying you.
