Practice Observation - Children and Families

Overview

Practice Observations help to improve the service that we offer to children and their families, making sure we are getting it right.  Observing practice provides an opportunity to celebrate what we are doing well and to understand individual and organisational development needs.  A practice observation should be seen as a learning opportunity.  Practice observations can take place in a range of settings such as supervision, learning activity, visits and meetings.
