Thank you to everyone for taking the time to complete this survey.

We received a total of 19 responses from individuals and relatives. All responses have been carefully reviewed and analysed and will inform commissioning activity in relation to our accommodation-based support offers for adults with disabilities and mental health needs, as well as ongoing service delivery.

Overview

Warwickshire County Council is reviewing the care homes services we commission supporting adults with disabilities and/or mental health conditions. This includes residential and nursing care homes across the county. We want to understand whether these services are meeting residents’ needs, and whether residents have a good experience of care received. We also want to know how these services could be improved in the future.

We want to hear the views of current and previous residents of these Warwickshire care homes, as well as those of their families and carers.
