Overview
Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Authority has a statutory duty under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004, to prepare an Integrated Risk Management Plan (IRMP). As part of the IRMP process we regularly review and assess the full range of foreseeable risks impacting the communities of Warwickshire to ensure that we have the plans, people, processes and equipment in place to ensure that Warwickshire remains a safe place to live and work.
The current IRMP sets out the vision for the period 2017 to 2020. To find out more about this please click on the link below. Every year we publish an action plan which states our objectives and actions for the forthcoming year. The 2019/20 Draft IRMP Action Plan can be downloaded below.

As part of our ongoing commitment to consult and engage with our communities, we are keen to ensure that residents and stakeholders have the opportunity to have their say on any actions which may impact on communities.
With this in mind, we are inviting all residents and stakeholders to give their views on the following two specific actions:
- Action 2.1: Provide an additional station within the Rugby area, in line with our Asset Management Plan. On May 6th 2019 we will launch a formal consultation to ask residents and stakeholders for their views on this action. Full details, including all supporting documents and how you can give your view are available by clicking on this link.
- Action 2.2: Explore the options for new fire station locations within the Nuneaton and North Warwickshire area, in line with our Asset Management Plan. This action is in the very early stages of development and we are keen to engage and seek the views and opinions of residents and stakeholders in order to shape our approach. You can find a full explanation of what we wish to achieve and how you can provide your views by clicking on this link.
