Restorative Learning Audits - Front Door

The evaluation focuses on Warwickshire’s five principles for good practice and the difference we are making to the lives of children and families. 

For each question in the tool, auditors are asked to provide an evaluative judgement (detailed below) and a brief statement that provides a rationale and evidence for your assessment.  Ensure your assessment is informed by a focus on outcomes and impact for children.

• Outstanding: the response to children and families is consistently good or better and results in sustained improvement to the lives of the child or young people and their family.   
• Good: Children and families receive effective, proportionate and timely interventions, which improves their situation.
• Requires improvement: there are no serious failures that leave children being harmed or at risk of harm, but the service provided to the child and family is not consistently good.  
• Inadequate: service delivery to the family features widespread or serious failures, which leave children being harmed or at risk of harm.
